About Us

Fiona is a CORU-registered chartered physiotherapist and owner of Move Physio.

She has a background in the HSE, professional soccer in the UK, senior mens club gaelic football and inter-county mens gaelic football.

Fiona is currently a physiotherapist with Monaghan Mens senior football team, and has previously worked with Armagh mens senior football and Crossmaglen Rangers senior football teams.

Fiona is a CORU-registered chartered physiotherapist with qualifications in

  • PhD in advanced physiotherapy practice

  • Sports Medicine

  • Orthopaedics

  • Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

  • Dry Needling

She currently sees a wide range of clients from young children and teenagers, to elite sportspeople to active adults and weekend warriors.

She has a keen interest in sport and in her spare time likes to travel with her dogs Taylor and Charlie!
